Warehouse management platform

The operating system for the modern warehouse.

Where standard WMS systems stop at stock counts, Fulfillment controls the complete physical and digital lifecycle of every item: inbound ASN, intelligent pick routing, packing, instant labels, returns and measurement hardware, through one operational interface. Backed by 20+ years of logistics software.

5 Pick routing modes
~20% Faster single-item picking
12+ Automated operational alerts
How it works

A governed path from receipt to shipment

Operators configure the rules; the platform executes them at scale for every item and every order.

Inbound receipt

ASN in, stock in its place

Clients create shipments via API or file upload. Standard mode distributes stock from the ASN straight into locations; a peak-load mode receives into a buffer putaway zone without immediate slot assignment; a trust-receipt mode skips unit-by-unit scanning.

Orders

Orders arrive from every channel

Automatic import from e-commerce platforms via API, SFTP or CSV batch, or manual creation in the UI. Backorders reserve out-of-stock items and route to packing on arrival; substitutions swap an unavailable item for an equivalent.

Picking

One optimised walk, many orders

The system builds the route and consolidates items across orders. Workers bind a trolley or tote to their handheld; multi-line orders pass through Order Bin slots, loaded from one side and collected by packers from the other.

  • Single: straight to the packing station, about 20% faster on single-item orders
  • Multi, Large and Bulk: consolidation slots, oversized routing, mass identical orders with one print action
  • Wave: a worker completes an entire batch through the full workflow chain
Warehouse operations

Zones, moves and transfers under control

Stock movement between zones, location stock checks, and flexible zone configuration: storage, pick zone, putaway zone, transit totes, packing stations. Transfers move stock between warehouses without losing traceability.

Packing and labelling

Weigh, confirm, label

Box weight limit checks, automatic split-shipment suggestions and a shipping label generated the moment the weight is confirmed. Personalised packing slips, marketing inserts and box stickers print from the packer's device.

Sync

Every system knows what the warehouse knows

Order status updates flow back to the originating platform in real time, and any stock change broadcasts available inventory to e-commerce platforms, ERPs and every integrated system.

Capabilities

Everything between the dock door and the label

Not packaged software: a platform shaped around each client's ecosystem, with the integrations and hardware support already built.

Integration

Simultaneous connections across every channel.

  • REST API and webhooks

Full programmatic control of all operations, with event-driven notifications to external services.

  • SFTP and file exchange

Batch processing for high-volume and legacy operations.

  • Marketplace connectors

Shopify, WooCommerce and Magento natively; Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop and Temu through a connector; ERP compatibility.

  • Hardware

Scales, robotic dimensioners capturing dimensions, weight and photos in one pass, and warehouse robots.

Accuracy

The item in the box is the item on the order.

  • Visual ID

Product images on the handheld screen, decisive for items sharing one barcode.

  • Multi-barcoding and serials

Several barcode variants per product and unique per-unit serial tracking for electronics.

  • Batch tracking

Expiry monitoring with automated alerts for near-expiry stock.

  • Bundles and kitting

Virtual sets picked per order, or pre-assembled kits stored and dispatched as one unit.

Control

The numbers behind the floor.

  • Dashboard

Live order status, staff workload, inventory levels, picking performance and key metrics.

  • Notifications

12+ automated alerts for inbound completion, low stock and other operational events.

  • Billing per client

Configurable rates for storage, inbound, pick and pack, and returns; integrates with external billing and ERP.

  • Retain Me

Personalised packing slips, printed inserts and box stickers triggered on the packer's device.

Why it pays

Accuracy on every operation, speed on every volume change

The platform removes manual work where it generates errors and delays, and scales with the warehouse network instead of against it.

Customisation and flexibility

  • Logic adapted to the client's reality: custom data, specific integrations, non-standard flows
  • Order split rules by weight, volume and shipment type
  • Dimensioner-specific support, including rotated capture and background removal

Rapid deployment

  • Phased module rollout without interrupting current operations
  • Minimal disruption during the transition from legacy systems
  • New locations added without architectural changes

Peak-season resilience

  • Buffer receipt when inbound volume outruns slotting
  • Bulk and Wave modes for mass identical orders
  • Real-time inventory broadcast so no channel oversells
Who it is for

Built for operations that have outgrown spreadsheets

High volumes, several sites, and profitability that depends on the accuracy of each operation.

3PL operators and large logistics companies

Inventory across multiple warehouses managed from one interface, billed per client.

E-commerce warehouses with peak loads

Rapid buffer receipt during sale seasons, then Bulk and Wave picking to clear the backlog.

Operators with measurement hardware

Dimensioners, scales and robots feeding dimensional control and automated data capture.

FAQ

Common questions

Natively, through V-TER Ship: pack confirmation triggers label generation with the carrier selected by rule and the weight and dimensions passed automatically. Behind it, Last Mile Connect provides the carrier network, so no per-carrier integration is needed in the warehouse.

Yes. Multi-warehouse support is native: separate inventory and order management per physical site, transfers between sites with full traceability, and one interface over all of them. New locations are added without architectural changes.

Connecting the order sources, configuring pick routing rules, setting up the multi-warehouse structure and launching pilot operations, without stopping the current warehouse. Modules roll out in phases and the operation scales when the numbers prove out.

As return ASNs: returned items are received, inspected and put back into stock through the same governed flow as inbound. Returns platforms can feed them in directly, and V-TER Returns hands over inspected items from its hubs the same way.

Ready to run the floor from one system?

Built for the warehouse floor, not just the back office.

Bring one order source and one warehouse. A pilot connects the channel, configures the pick rules and ships from the packing station without stopping current operations.
